the borders. Most of our clients are Farmers, Small
businesses such as B&Bs, small hotels and
traditional craftsmen all based in the Scottish
Borders. Our clients like plain speaking ,
non-techie, cut to the chase advice and websites that
are functional rather than clever.
All our hosting packages come with free 24/7
telephone, email and MSN technical support. You are
never put on hold and there are no hidden charges
(all our support lines are local calls). All our
developers and designers come from a background in
Education and are very familiar in I'T. training
techniques. Most of our clients require some level of
training, be it for dealing with SPAM email, updating
their website or even setting up their brodband
connection. These all, in our view, fall under the
umbrella of technical support and as such is
absolutely FREE. There are no hidden charges. Your
annual subscription is all you will pay us....EVER.
